At Mahek Agarbatti, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must share clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Opened, used, tampered, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
  • Approved replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
  • If a return request is rejected after inspection, no refund will be issued.
